What do we do in ibisa?
At ibisa we connect people, processes and assets. We have developed software with more than 25 modules to be able to reach the entire industry and meet the requirements and new challenges of industry 4.0, a more intelligent, efficient and effective industry.
Ibisa (Industrial Business Information as a Service) is defined as a platform for digital experiences aimed at the industry. As a technological platform, it is based on a modern architecture of microservices, which is why it is made up of multiple components with well-defined responsibilities under the low cohesion and high coupling scheme. This platform works with a SaaS-type licensing model.

ibisa Analytics
Ibisa Analytics has access to all the data on the platform, you can also add your own and relate them to complement the information.
ibisa Apperator
Apperator is the platform’s digital tool, as an application for the Android and iOS operating systems, created to give mobility and agility to work on the plant floor.
It provides the three communication tools of the platform:
- Tasks: forms generated to request information from the user.
- Alerts: generated to deliver some information of interest to the user.
- Plantbook: it is the plant book for users to discuss any information with each other.
That allow user interaction with the ibisa platform and push notification alerts.
ibisa Forms
Forms is a platform configuration application. Created for the management of forms as a tool for interacting with users to collect data manually.
ibisa Integrator
Integrator is a module of Portal Ibisa for data recovery.
Link configurator
Link Configurator is, as its name indicates, the configuration tool for the Link, where the assets and signals to be sampled are defined.
It is only compatible with Windows x86 and x64 operating system.
ibisa Link
ibisa Link is defined as the component whose main function is to collect field data to be sent to a cloud database called IBISA Space. It allows collecting data from different sources such as instruments, sensors, flow meters, level meters, control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), legacy equipment, relational databases, among others. The requirement for data to be collected by Ibisa Link is that the data can be read from an asset (physical or logical) through one of the following protocols:
- ModbusRTU
- ModbusTCP
- Ethernet/IP
- OPT
- ODBC
- SNMP
- SOAP
- REST
ibisa Newton
Ibisa Newton is a calculator with access to platform data.
ibisa Paper
Paper is the real-time visualization tool for metrics.
ibisa Process
Ibisa Process is a tool that allows the modeling and execution of customized business processes. It has an interface to model and deploy the processes and an engine that is responsible for executing it based on Camunda. Ibisa Process allows us to trace the business process from start to finish.
ibisa Status
Status is a tool open to the public that allows viewing the real-time status of Ibisa and third-party systems.
ibisa Things
Ibisa Things is the basic component to define in our plant those that we want to measure. It can be made up of one or several points associated with metrics that are automatically taken from formulas or information from sensors or PLC’s. and associate that information that gives meaning to each “thing”. A thing can be a plant, a machine, an element, etc.
Additionally, through Ibisa Things we can specify the Systems, Equipment and components that are an identifying part of that thing.
